Birthday WOD

S2S CrossFit is the first CrossFit affiliate in Bali, Indonesia. S2S stands for Strength to Strength. We endeavor to take you on a journey from one success to a higher level of success… from strength to strength. We opened our doors in January 2013 with a mission to introduce this elite training program to the island and to bring people together as a tight-knit community. No matter if you’re new to the country, a visiting tourist or a long time local, we want to hear your story, get to know you, help you reach your goals and get you fitter, stronger and healthier.

S2S CrossFit is located away from the hustle and bustle. Its tranquil setting next to a paddy field and down the road from the beach makes it an ideal place to focus. To add a bit of spice, we run our WODs (workout of the day) in multiple places – our box, the soccer field next door and Brawa beach which is only a few minute drive down the road. We will notify our athletes with signage outside the box, via email and website whenever we shift our workout location.

Our workouts

Each day, athletes will get a new WOD (workout of the day). These WODs will consist of constantly varied functional movements performed in high intensity which will vary from Olympics weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning (cardio). All workouts are scaled to your ability so we will never chuck you in the deep end. But, what we will do is find your threshold and ensure you continuously perform at maximum intensity. Why do we love intensity so much? Cause it’s your shortcut to RESULTS. And who doesn’t love results?

Our classes are one-hour long which covers the warm-up, warm-down and depending on the day, will either have a mix of strength and metcon (metabolic conditioning) or one or the other.

If you’ve never tried CrossFit before, we recommend you join at least 2-3 weeks of CrossFit Light classes before joining the normal class. These Light sessions will teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit and still give you a great workout.

S2S CrossFit has a strong belief that no great journey is to be walked alone. Through the toughest workouts, we will have a team of people cheering you on. We will celebrate all victories together, we will keep each others’ scores and we will listen and inspire each other like a family should.
