Born & raised in Amsterdam, but my roots are Indonesian. Before I discovered CrossFit, I was a true horse girl. Started CF in 2017, became a coach and fell in love with olympic weightlifting.
Switched careers into anesthesia in 2021. Couldn’t stay away from the floor so got back to coaching on the side again.
I really love to coach people at different levels. Teaching the fundamentals of CrossFit or fine tuning their movements. First timers or advanced athletes, all more than welcome to my classes!

Hello everyone, my name is Kaja! I’ve had a strong passion for a fit and healthy lifestyle for as long as I can remember, but over the past five years I’ve truly found my love for coaching while working in a CrossFit gym in Berlin.
My top priority as a coach is to give you the best hour of your day and to make you fall in love with training. Having dealt with several injuries throughout my own athletic journey, I’ve learned how important proper movement execution is and that not every training style works for every athlete. I care about the person you are—not just the athlete in you—and I’ll make sure to train you in a sustainable way while still helping you get better every day. Whatever your goal may be, I’ll support you every step of the way.
I’m super interested in the physiology of the human body and love geeking out on the theory behind training programs. That’s why I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Nutrition Science. One of my strengths as a coach is explaining complex topics as simply as possible, so please don’t hesitate to ask me anything. At the same time, I strongly believe that real coaching is learned on the floor, which is why I regularly learn from other coaches and attend weekend seminars.
Besides CrossFit, I have a background in bodybuilding as well as martial arts. Over the past year, I’ve developed a strong passion for empowering women through strength training, but I love working with all athletes of all backgrounds and fitness levels.

Hey there, I’m Justin! Since starting in this profession in 2010 I’ve worked relentlessly to better myself as an athlete and coach. As an athlete, I’ve competed with the best of the best in the CrossFit world for the last 10 years. Top placing in numerous events, including reaching the regional level of the CrossFit Games 6 out of the 7 years I competed. I took a short break to do a year of bodybuilding where I placed second overall in my first show and gained immeasurable knowledge outside the Crossfit world that benefited me and my clients moving forward. As a coach I have had the honor to learn/work with so many great coaches over the years. I used what I learn as an athlete and as a coach to build CrossFit gym in the USA to one of the most well known and respected names in the FITNESS community. While competing and coaching countless athletes to a high level of success in-person and remotely I built a second successful nutrition coaching company that has helped hundreds of people on their health and fitness journey. In 2022 I sold my gym and moved with my Fiance to bali to continue pursuing my passion in such a positive, unique, and beautiful place.
Most of my hobbies are extremely opposite of active. When it’s time to step outside of the gym I like to relax. My top hobbies are golf, camping, motorcycles, fishing, and above all I love hanging out with my wife and four fur children at home and watching a good movie.
